BSNL Offering Lifetime validity for active prepaid User, Your Eligible? Check here

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is offering lifetime validity to select prepaid users if certain terms and conditions are followed.

First, the offer only applies to C-Top Up prepaid connection users. Unsurprisingly, C-Top up prepaid connections are specialized mobile connections that BSNL provides to its retailer partner and direct sales agents (DSAs). 

BSNL Users of this group recharge and collect bills from regular, Normal prepaid and postpaid customers of BSNL. But as mentioned above, there are some rules that these C-Top Up Prepaid Connectors (Retailer) must follow, keep reading to know more what they are.

BSNL C-Top up prepaid users will get lifetime validity on following the Rules

Only one string is associated with the proposition. Any C-Top up prepaid user will have to make at least one transaction within 90 days to get the benefit of lifetime validity on their mobile connection. If no transaction takes place within 90 days, BSNL will deactivate or delete all inactive accounts / connections. This offer will be valid in all telecom circles from January 2021.

This latest decision was taken by BSNL in an attempt to increase sales and marketing activities through its franchisee network.

C-top up connections have been disabled and Grace Period-2 (GP-2) is available to regular telco customers, which are recharged with STV or PV and reactivated in the same manner can be done. Similarly, normal top-up C-top-up users will not activate connections if their number is listed in the GP-2 section.

This can prove to be an excellent strategy for BSNL. Telco is finally coming and adopting the marketing and sales strategies of other operators. With this offer, BSNL's C-Top users will be motivated to do more transactions throughout the year. As a result, Telco will Benefits in the long run.

BSNL has introduced long-term (annual) verification options for several India fiber schemes. This was wanted by many users as the long-term plan with BSNL meant that in addition to the free service for a few months, Telco also introduced an over-the-top (OTT) add-on pack for broadband users.

So users who want OTT subscription with their broadband plan can purchase these add-on packs.

The OTT add-on pack received from BSNL is Rs 129 per month for the first three months and then it gets Rs 199 per month, but long-time users are willing to subscribe to the pack.
