How to create an account in JioMeet

You can create a JioMeet account with a mobile or desktop app. Follow these steps.

Step 1. If you have already downloaded the app, go ahead and open the app.
On the home screen, tap Sign Up> enter your name and email / mobile number> agree to company terms and conditions and then tap Done.

Step 2.  On the next screen, you will need to enter OTP, if you have registered with your mobile number or you need to verify your email account by visiting your mailbox if you have opted in to email.

Step 3. Alternatively you can also sign up for JioMeet via the web. Just visit the website, jiomeetpro.jio.com/home on Google Chrome or Firefox. Once the site is loaded, Click on SignUp and repeat the previous steps For Registration.

How to join a meeting on JioMeet?

Follow these steps to hold a new meeting in JioMeet with your smartphone.
How to start a new meeting
  • Once you are logged in, tap the New Meet button
  • Now, tap on the Start button for the Meeting Here you can also turn off the video to convert if you don't want to turn on your camera.

How to invite people to attend a meeting

  • Setup a new meeting and from the meeting screen, tap the participants button from the ribbon menu below
  • Tap the Invite button from the bottom left corner
  • Select an app like-Whatsapp or service using the one you want to invite participants to, or scroll down to simply copy the URL

How to join the meeting on JioMeet

Joining a meeting is easy, or simply click on the link shared by the keeper and it will automatically redirect you to the app or website. Alternatively you can also click the Join option and manually enter the Meeting ID to join the meeting using the web version without downloading any separate application.

How to edit and share a meeting in JioMeet

JioMeet comes with a dedicated program button, tap on it and enter the required information such as date, time, etc. Then tap Done.
