How to Happy and Motivated Your Employee's
It takes more than one business to run a business, so if you have employees who work for you, it is important that they are well-involved and focused on achieving the company's goals. A Research shows that about 29% of employees are involved in their work, 54% are not involved and 17% are not reported. In order to make the most money a business spends on its employees, it is wise for them to get more involved in their work to create more product.
There are various keys that can be used by business owners to ensure that their employees work hard and consistently, without embarrassment or frustration. Understanding your employees plays a big role in knowing how to help them. This brings us to the first gold key:

Treat Your Workers As People's Trash

This does not mean that we should respect them and understand that they have physical and mental limitations, but that we should be personal with them at times. Take the time to get to know each of your employees working under you, so that you can understand the important aspects of them- this includes their faults, their skills, their likes and dislikes at work and what is troubling them. It is your job to build a comfortable environment for your employees. What better way to do this than to ask their opinion and get to know them better? Create a quick survey for them to take it that will allow them to really comment on job situations and you as a manager. Take what is said, not the heart.

Create Clear and Expected Goal

It is important that your employees fully understand what your company’s goals are, so there is no confusion. This will also enable your employees to find ways to achieve what they expect. Giving feedback about their work can help them also see which areas need improvement and which areas are working well. Reviews can be a matter of the year, so don't be a burden to you or your employees. Telling your employees how their role in your company benefits the business will encourage them to become more involved in their work.

Improving Self-Control

It is important to give your employees the opportunity to improve their control over the work environment; this makes them independent and will lead to the development of their roles in the workplace. To help your employees develop this skill, they will be given less attention, which will give them more decision-making skills. Informing your employees of your authority and supervision can provide a lack of self-control. Let them learn from their mistakes - you will need to be patient and confident in dealing with these situations.

Provide Safety and Security

Everyone loves to feel safe about what they are doing, so give your employees a safe working environment that provides security. This can be done by providing good working conditions - meaning less pressure, less clutter, bright light, cleanliness, low noise levels and a comfortable working environment. This will make working in your company more enjoyable. The safety of this workplace will allow them to participate effectively in their work.

Train and Train in problem solving skills

Ensuring that your employees are aware of all aspects of their work is essential to participating confidently in their work. Having the skills to deal with a variety of situations with clients and partners can greatly help reduce anxiety and provide better results.

Comfort plays a major role in how a person works. Improving a safe, stress-free and constructive environment will allow more work to be done… with a smile.
